Description
From starting point, athlete sprints forward to top middle cone directly opposite him. After touching cone, athlete moves to back left cone, then front right cone, then front left cone, then back right cone, then top middle cone, then back to start position, then sprints through middle cone to finish.
Tips
- Head up
- Knees bent with feet shoulder-width apart
- Back flat / abdominals acitvated
- Begin slowly and work at your own pace.
- Make sure you have plenty of room.
- Ensure that there are no sharp objects around you and that you have some drinking water handy.
- If at any time you feel discomfort, cease activity immediately.
