To become comfortable getting into a throwing position form the ground as quickly as possible.
Start with the infielder on their knees facing their partner who is approximately 6 to 8 feet apart.
The baseball is thrown to either side just far enough for the infielder to fully stretch out.
The infielder must get to their feet and throw the ball to the intended target.
Start with the baseball in the glove of the infielder first.
Start with the infielder lying on the ground.
Make sure they have their feet underneath before they throw the ball.
