Description
In partners, approximately 20 feet apart, players throw the ball to partner's middle chest. As the ball is approaching, players move their feet to get them into a throwing position.
Player receiving the ball, circles hands, transfers the ball from the glove to throwing hand and releases back to partner as quickly as possible.
