Objective

  • Gain quick hands through proper hip and shoulder movements
  • Gain quick feet through proper movement and timing
  • Gain hand-eye coordination and ball awareness

Equipment

  • Gloves
  • 1-2 Baseballs

Description

  • In partners, approximately 20 feet apart, players throw the ball to partner's middle chest. As the ball is approaching, players move their feet to get them into a throwing position.
  • Player receiving the ball, circles hands, transfers the ball from the glove to throwing hand and releases back to partner as quickly as possible.
