Objective

  • To understand the difference between an outside pitch and an inside pitch.

Equipment

  • Hit 'n Stick
  • Bat

Description

  • Coach should stand approximately 5 to 6 feet away from the hitter while holding the hit n’ stick away from his / her body in front of the hitter.
  • The hitter hits the baseball on the end of the stick.

Tips
