Objective

  • To provide repetition to increase eye-hand coordination when swinging a baseball bat.

Equipment

  • Wiffle Balls 10-15)
  • Sling Shot Machine
  • Helmet
  • Bat

Description

  • Place the sling-shot machine in front of a hitter approximately 6 to 10 feet in front.
  • Load the machine and release the trigger.

Tips

  • Increase the speed at which the pitch is being thrown to challenge the hitter.
